How do I get started with a service?
Fill out the request form in the Reach Us section, or message us directly on WhatsApp with the service you need. We'll follow up with next steps.
Do RITA and HESLB prices include the government fee?
Yes. The prices listed for RITA and HESLB & university services are all-inclusive of the relevant government fee — there are no extra government charges added afterward.
How do I pay?
Payments are made via mobile money (Yas network) to the number listed on the Prices page. After sending payment, share your confirmation with us on WhatsApp so we can start processing your request.
Can international clients pay in US Dollars?
Prices are shown with an approximate USD equivalent for reference, but payment is currently made in Tanzanian Shillings via mobile money. If you're paying from outside Tanzania, contact us directly and we'll arrange the best way forward.
Is IT consulting really free?
Yes — IT consulting is offered as a free service, with no charge.
What if the service I need isn't listed on the Prices page?
More services are added over time. If you don't see what you need, reach out directly through the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll quote it for you.
How long does it take to hear back after I submit a request?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Do you build websites in Swahili as well as English?
Yes — this website itself switches between English and Swahili, and we can build the same bilingual experience into client websites on request.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
Most requests can be handled remotely via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We'll let you know if any step requires an in-person visit for a specific service.
